Diaz pulled from DREAM.3
Josh Gross of Sports Illustrated reported earlier that EliteXC has pulled Nick Diaz from this Sunday's DREAM.3 show in Japan, after a card change that would have pitted him against Katsuya Inoue. Diaz's camp confirmed the story which sees EliteXC forcefully withdraw one of its prized assets from a show they originally gave him permission to work. Their reasoning is they see potential risk in the fight ahead of EliteXC's June 14th show in Hawaii.
