Yet another drugs incident to report. Jorge Ortiz, who competed on the Total Combat 21 show on June 8th in San Diego, California, has tested positive for Nandrolone Metabolite. Ortiz is banned right through until March 18th, 2008, and also slapped with a $2,500 fine. Nandrolone is the same drug that Royce Gracie was recently suspended and fined for, and this is another black mark on the MMA scene, which has had numerous drug-related problems of late.
