Kazuyuki Fujita (Team JAPAN) will be treated as a main player at PRIDE 34 in Saitama, according to President Sakakibara of PRIDE. Despite the company's emphasis on America recently, Japan is not being overlooked and Fujita is likely to be in one of the top fights on 4/8 when PRIDE returns to the Saitama Super Arena. Sakakibara said that they are looking to prepare a fighter of "ace" quality to fight Fujita. Like so many other PRIDE fighters though, Fujita wants to make a name for himself in America and hopes he can be a big part of PRIDE's advance on the States.
